This article discussed "teaching-practice-test" teaching mode with teaching practical experience and content matching.Results showed that this mode highlighted the proportion of practice and problem-solving in the process of learning; improved students' ability to solve problems using professional and disciplinary knowledge; changed learning styles from cramming way to autonomous learning step by step and trained students' creativity.     

对称涨跌幅限制的非对称性效果研究—来自中国上证A股市场的证据

本文利用中国上证A股的相关数据,通过扩展的GARCH模型验证涨幅限制与跌幅限制对收益序列性和收益波动性的影响及其差异,并在控制了反映公司和股票特征的相关变量之后,进一步分析了涨跌幅限制影响的行业差异。研究发现:涨跌幅限制对股票收益序列相关性的影响倾向于不显著,但对股票收益波动性的影响倾向于显著;涨幅限制影响的行业差异显著存在,而跌幅限制影响的行业差异不显著。在分析造成波动性的非对称性影响效果的原因时,本文发现市场β值、市值越大的公司,涨跌幅限制越容易对其产生非对称的影响。上述结果验证了在不同行业设置不同价格涨跌限制和设置非对称涨幅限制和跌幅限制的合理性。

Improving nonlinearity tolerance of 112-Gb/s PDM OFDM systems with coherent detection using BLAST algorithm

A novel long wavelength photodetector with dual-wavelength spectral response is designed and fabricated using a step-shaped Fabry-Prot (F-P) filter structure.The step-shaped GaAs/AlGaAs distributed Bragg reflectors and the InP PIN photodetector are grown on a GaAs substrate using low pressure metal organic chemical vapor deposition.High quality GaAs/InP heteroepitaxy is realized by employing a thin low temperature buffer layer.The photodetector structure is optimized by theoretical simulation.This device has a dual-peak distance of 19 nm (1 558 and 1 577 nm).The 3-dB bandwidth of 16 GHz is simultaneously obtained with peak quantum efficiencies of 8.5% and 8.6% around 1 558 and 1 577 nm,respectively.     

俄罗斯研发出新型血糖仪无需采血、无需试纸

俄罗斯科学院西伯利亚分院强流电子研究所研发出新型非侵入式血糖仪。与传统采血型血糖仪相比，这项技术取消了指尖采血环节，消除了糖尿病人的痛苦，并且测试不需要试纸，大大降低了血糖仪的使用成本。

毛细管电泳非接触电导法测定4种中枢神经系统用药

运用毛细管电泳非接触式电导检测方法对4种中枢神经系统用药-盐酸阿扑吗啡、氢溴酸加兰他敏、富马酸喹硫平、氯氮平的分离进行了研究。考察了电泳介质的种类、浓度、分离电压、进样时间对分离效果的影响,在10 mmol/L三羟基氨基甲烷(Tris)-8 mmol/L柠檬酸(Cit)-20%甲醇的运行缓冲液中,激发电压为60V,激发频率为600kHz,4种药物在15 min内得到了分离。4种药物的线性范围分别为0.97～15.6 mg/L;0.97～15.6 mg/L;0.48～15.6 mg/L和0.97～250 mg/L,检测限为0.32,0.32,0.16和0.32 mg/L。
